I have recently discovered this tangy, juicy fruit, thanks to quite a few cookbooks featuring some mouthwatering recipes I’ve come across. So far the most unusual has been for pomegranate fudge, which I have in my “to try” recipe file. I enjoy cooking with the already-sold-in-a-bottle juice, but I am learning to use the actual arils, which are the “seeds” pictured below.
